PRODUCT FEATURES

Chassis:
The chassis designed in accordance with the international transportation standards. An “I” section with high resistance to allow to obtain the highest efficiency under all road and weather conditions, is manufactured with automatic tig welding machines.
ST52 A1 Qaulity Sheet “ I” type. Under and Upper Lamas are 14 mm and main beam is 8 mm

Container Sizes :
 1x40’, 1x 45 Ft, 1x 30 Ft. or 2x20’
Upper Construction:
Floor will be 3/4 mm steel chequred plate.
If demanded side walls and front plate according to customer demands. 

Axles :
Axle configuration consist of 3 x 12 Ton (14 or 16 tons optional)Turkish MPD Brand axle , 
Mecanical suspansion type , drum brake (air suspension also possible) 

Suspensions :
 It is supplied with Leaf Spring  suspension,  10 or 12  leaves spring suspension Turkish brand. (according to customer preference air suspension is also possible) 

Tires : 12pcs 12 R 22.5 Starmaxx Tyres

Rims : 12 pcs 22.5’’ Jantas or Jantsa rims

Brake System : Wabco ABS braking system will be used.

Brake Chambers : 2 Axles with emergency brake chamber,1 axles with service brake chamber

Electrical system :

Sa-Ba or Trailight brand 2x7 pin sockets - 24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear
2 tail & stop combined lamps (red)
2 turn signal combined lamps (orange)
1 license lamp (white)

King Pin : Turkish Brand DIN 74080 standards 3,5’’ king pin detachable from below made by SAE standards 8 bolt type. With E certificate.

Landing Gear : Turkish Brand front jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity

Painting :

2 Times of DYO or equivilant brand paints are applied on trailer
Thickness of painting checked by electronic devices
The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL (NO :) code.
Before the painting, all parts are cleaned carefully and sand blasted
Epoxy gray is used for first protecting.
