PURPOSE OF USAGE

Emirsan Oil Tanker

Emirsan Oil Tanker Semi Trailers are designed for the transportation of various types of liquids, including fuel, oil, and chemicals. These trailers have a capacity ranging from 20,000 to 60,000 liters, depending on the customer's needs. The tanks are equipped with buffers to ensure the even distribution of the liquid and prevent it from flowing to a single compartment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

Emirsan Oil Tanker Semi Trailers are available with 2, 3, or 4 axles, depending on the payload capacity required by the customer. Air or mechanical suspension systems are also available to ensure a smooth ride and stable transportation of the cargo. Additionally, customers can choose between single or double tires to ensure optimal performance and safety.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Chassis and Structure :
Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 140/14-16 mm and main beam is 5-6 mm , Octopus System for Chassis for tough African road conditions

Axle : Axle configuration consist of 3 x 12 Tons Turkish Brand MPD axles Air Suspension System (optional first axles liftable), drum brakes.

Suspensions : Air Suspension, Front Axle Liftable (Optional)

Brake System : Slack adjuster to be automatic 

Brake Chamber : sizes to be 24 X 30 and 30 X 30, Drum Chambers  

Air tanks to be 80 + 80 lt capacity

Distribution of air to be by plastic hoses 8 – 12 size ,

All fittings to be steel ( Brass ) one to prevent any leakage in brake system, (Plastic fitting will cause air leakage in the system)

Electrical system :
Sa-Ba or Sertplas Brand 
2x7 pin sockets - 24V, lights according to SAE standards
Rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted
2 tail & stop combined lamps (red)
2 turn signal combined lamps (orange)
1 license plate lamp (white)
Electrical system is suitable for Europen Norms and with flameproof cables

Tires :
12 Pieces  315 80 R 22,5 STARMAXX tires with JANTSA or JANTAS rims.

King Pin :
 Jost brand DIN 74080 standards 2’’ king pin detachable from below made by SAE standards 8 bolt type. With E certificate.

Landing Gear :
Jost Brand Front Jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity

Painting :
Before the painting, surface and sand blasted and Zinc Procedure is adminstered.
DYO or equivilant acrylic is used for the main painting (2 times )
Color According to the RAL Code demanded by customer
