PURPOSE OF USAGE
Emirsan Accordion (Scrap Type Tipper)
Emirsan Accordion (Scraps Type Tipper) semi trailers are ideal for transporting various types of scrap in the recycling industry. These semi-trailers are designed with a powerful hydraulic lift that makes unloading quick and easy. The body chassis is constructed using Hardox® steel, known for its strength and durability, while the sides are made of 6 mm Hardox® steel and the bottom of the box is 8 mm. This ensures that the trailer can withstand the rigors of heavy-duty use and last for many years.
The accordion design of the semi-trailer allows it to expand and contract, which increases its capacity and makes it more versatile. The trailer's capacity can range from 22 to 70 m3, depending on the customer's needs, and it can be used with or without a tarpaulin. PRODUCT FEATURES
Chassis and Structure :
Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/12 mm. Floor will be 5 mm and side doors will be 4 mm Hardox or Raex 450 steel.
I profile as per your specification (neck depth of 210mm and main chassis depth of 400mm)
These racks are supported against being twisted with each other by binding them with axle beams
There will be platform and ladder in front of the trailer.
Rear Door Opening :
Swinging both sides (50% – 50%). On the bottom of center lock there will be extra support for locking for each door and top of the door there will be locking mechanism.
Hydraulic :
GHS 175-5KD 6425 Hidromas or Hidrosır Gold series telescopic piston. (minimum 45°- 46° tipping angle).
Axles :
Pirlanta Brand Axles 3x12 Ton axles with mechanic suspensions or air suspension ( SAF axles optional)
* First axle is lifting, (llast axles self steering optional)
Suspensions :
MPD axle air suspenion or mechanic suspension options are also availabe
Brake System :
Wabco, Knoor or Haldex brand EBS braking system will be used.
Brake Chambers :
3 Axles with T 24/30 brake chamber
Electrical system :
Sa-Ba traillight 2x7 pin sockets - 24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear
2 tail & stop combined lamps (red)
2 turn signal combined lamps (orange)
1 license lamp (white)

King Pin :
Jost brand DN 74080 standards 2’’ king pin detachable from below made by SAE standards 8 bolt type. With E certificate.

Jost Brand Front Jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity
Painting :
Before the painting, surface and sand blasted
DYO or equivilant high build epoxy filter is used for first painting.
DYO or equivilant acrylic is used for the main painting (2 times ).
Accessories:
Control Panel(Mob, air clock, access ramp lever)
Half type-piece plastic fenders will be used for each axle
