Bulk cement trailer is a semi-trailer V type used for the transport of bulk cement and other cement products. V (Banana) type cement trailer is also suitable for the transport of powdered products such as flour and starch. Trailer capacity from 20 to 60 m³. Available from 2 to 4 axles. The discharge is carried out with the help of a compressor. Compressors work with the help of diesel or electric motors. Diesel compressors are recommended for use.

Pneumatic Bulk Tanker Trailer

A pneumatic bulk trailer is a system applied to the trailer by vacuum or pressure for easier discharge of powder products. it is installed in the tank body without air exchange. The air pressed into the tank by means of a Cement Trailer air compressor powered by a diesel engine or electric motor allows the product to be ejected through the pipe.

22-55 Cbm V Type Cement Trailer Technical Details

The pneumatic tanker is “V” shape and discharging is from the bottom. The tank is built hard ST steel with thickness of 4-5 mm and end dish thickness 4-5 mm. Working pressure 2 bar and test pressure 3 bar. 2 unit air pressure manometer. 4 “ discharging system and 6 mt special alloy discharge hose and 1 unit regulated to  2.5 bar safety valve nad Upper catwalk and Access ladder is set to the trailer.

There will be 2 or 3 pcs of manhole as 450 mm diameter

Valves will be ball valve

Chassis is produced with 160 NPU

After the construction process , all trailers ( Chassis + Tank Body ) sand blasted

Before the painting, all parts are cleaned carefully

Epoxy gray is used for first protecting primer coating as 50 micron

2 Times of high quality  paints applied on complete trailer

The color of trailer is selected by customer requested according to RAL codes

Painting thickness to be 100 micron , and all painting process to be submitted with certifications
